What I did

1. Deliverability audit and fix

I ran a deep technical audit and repaired the foundation: dedicated outbound domains and subdomains, SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment, warmup systems with domain rotation, list cleaning and bounce mitigation, plus continuous inbox placement monitoring. Within weeks SynapsDx went from spam-prone to healthy sender status across all major providers.

2. ICP development

I built a precise ideal customer profile by industry, company size, tech maturity, pain points, buying triggers and decision-maker persona. Every message after that point had a reason to exist.

3. Messaging that converts

I rebuilt the entire outbound library: multi-step cold email sequences, personalized value-based scripts, LinkedIn connection and follow-up messages, and re-engagement sequences. The copy positioned SynapsDx as a solutions partner, not a vendor, and reply quality changed immediately.
