"We knew email should be a growth channel, but we had no idea how to unlock it. The system they built turned a struggling outbound effort into a steady stream of qualified opportunities. The consistency, deliverability, and revenue impact are unlike anything we've had before."Natalia Odrinskaya, Founder at Scalability
Scalability.us is a specialist UI/UX and customer experience design partner for complex industries: biotech, pharma, healthcare and venture-backed startups. Their work is niche and high-ticket, so one good lead is worth a lot. Despite a strong offer, cold outreach never turned into predictable opportunities.
Over a year I rebuilt their outbound from the ground up. The result: $200,000+ in revenue, 2 to 3 leads per day from email, ~2 more per day from LinkedIn, and a system that is still running and scaling.
Sending domains, ESPs, reputation history, volume patterns, target lists and LinkedIn practices. This mapped what was salvageable, what was risky, and what needed rebuilding.
Rather than patch the old system, I built new: dedicated SMTP servers engineered for cold outreach, a domain and inbox structure designed for long-term deliverability, and controlled volume escalation. We ramped to 3,000+ cold emails per day without burning a single domain.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment, proper warmup for every new domain and inbox, ongoing reputation monitoring, and copy tuned to avoid spam triggers. Outbound finally landed in front of biotech, pharma and VC decision-makers instead of disappearing.
Coordinated sequences so the same prospect saw Scalability in both inboxes, with messaging tailored to their world: complex products, compliance, and UX for scientific workflows. Prospects experienced a consistent, credible presence, not a random email.
Scalability already had a strong offer. What they needed was an engine that could reach the right decision-makers at meaningful volume, keep deliverability strong, and turn attention into measurable revenue. That engine now runs every day, and the $200k it has produced keeps growing.
